| A sign on the deck of the ship said there were alligators living in the area, we were wondering if the long trail with bumps beside it was an alligator track....glad that ship was 9 levels high! |

| My Mom and Dad told me about sending dimes to the campaign to bring the USS North Carolina. They both remember taking their dimes to school. |

| The two things I remember about visiting this ship when I was a child were the large links in the chain and having my picture made standing beside some sort of shell. Going to have to get mom to dig out the photo to make sure this is the right one. |
