As promised: Marshan Pudding!

When I was young one of the many things that I looked forward to was lunch and my Grandmother C's. She always had lots of good food, and many times there were new recipes, by her or the aunts. This one must have came along in my teenage years, because even though the name of it was "Watergate Salad" I re named it marshan pudding because it was green. I defiantly had a love affair with green in my teenage years.
The pudding flavor is pistachio. Mix the pudding as the box directs. I also added mini marsh mellows to the pudding. I normally use the sugar free pudding, which makes this a guilt free type dessert but the B man picked up the wrong box at the grocery store. I think it is supposed to have some kind of nuts in it. I seem to remember there was something crunchy. Then mix Dream Whip as per directions on the box. Top the pudding with the Dream Whip. How simple it that?!?
B occasionally asks for this, so I feel that it is my duty as a good mother to oblige him! I am not sure why J doesn't go crazy over it since it is green.
So if you need a little lite dessert, whip up some Marshan Pudding! And remember green is the color for March!
