10 Days of Crazy
The last 10 days have been insane for me. Football game, family wedding, 36 hour whirlwind trip to Va meeting with the Interprovincial Women's Board, booster meeting, crashed pretty much all day Tue, back to work (in the office) on Thursday, booster meeting, Football game, 14+ hours x 5 family members working at the NoFo Marching Band Invitational, and last night the WSFCS Band Jamboree, twins and I got home at 10:15, last night. This moma is ready for some down time.

My pumpkin project that I found on Pintrest, made these to give as gifts at the Interprovincial Women's Board. I think they turned out adorable!
Ben working at the NoFo Invitational, driving equipment on and off the field. I bet my Daddy turned over in his grave when his oldest grandson drove around in that Ford Truck!
NoFo enters the field at the 2013 WSFCS Jamboree at Reagan High.
G man leads part of the band on the field in the opening song. Not bad for a freshman!
Jake, on sax.

Part of the mass band at the end of Jamboree, there were 11 High School Bands on the field. It was a spectacular site.

My Projects from Last Week
I have been feeling very crafty for the past few weeks, and here are some of my projects.
I made cozys for the twins nanos and then the big B wanted one for his Zune.
I made some cards that I had seen somewhere on the web, and two felt ornaments that I had see several years ago and just never got around to doing them.
I also have been on a reduce and reuse kick. I have started reusing paper bags from the grocery store. One day last week I went, carried along my bags. When I got home with my groceries one of my bags tore. Well I needed some of those moss pots to plant my tomato seeds in, but really didn't want to spend the money so I decided to make use of my ripped grocery bag. Now I have sweet 100 tomato seeds warming in my bay window. The boys are really excited. I am sure when they go missing this summer I will find them under the tomato plants eating straight from the vine!
