Update on J

As many of you know, J was admitted to the hospital last week for dehydration. He is now home, he is very weak and still has dizzy spells but improving each day.

I think a lot of the remaining problems are due to him being sedated during the MRI. Yesterday he slept for about 12 hours, got up ate a piece of ham, took a shower and went back to sleep for about 2 hours.

I would like to thank you all for lifting him up in prayer. I still find myself thanking God that the MRI was clear and nothing was found on it. Even though dealing with these really bad headaches is no fun for a 9 year old, it is better than what they were looking for on the MRI and CAT scan.

He is getting terriably bored, we have rented movies, he can not stay awake long enough to finish the whole movie. We drove him to McDonald's to get ice cream yesterday, he went to sleep on the way. We have played Uno many times. Hopefully he will feel like going to school on Tuesday.
